If you bought you domain from us at the time you signed up then this is already done for you.

If you are using a domain name purchased at another registrar you need to point your Name Servers to our servers.  Your current registrar will assist you with this.

If you are continuing to host your website elsewhere and wish to only use for your email you need to create a DNS A record for and point this to our server IP  then create an MX record with priority 0 (zero) and point it to

I would like to transfer my domain to you

Request your transfer code from your current Domain Registrar, make sure your domain is not locked.  Then put your domain into our transfer domain check.  follow the instructions providing the transfer code and completing the sale.

You will receive an email from your old domain registrar asking you to visit a page to confirm the transfer.

You will also receive an email from us requesting you do the same.

Domain transfers can take up to 10 Business days to complete,  ensure your name servers are up to date when you begin the transfer so your site does not go offline during the process.

Submit a ticket  requesting your transfer code.  Log into your account at and click products and the domain you want to transfer and ensure the domain transfer lock is disabled.
